After spending over 20 years in corporate, construction, and real estate business around the globe, I feel very privileged to be writing this message as the Chief Executive Officer of Qita Developers. This is a particular time in our company's history as we inaugurate Pakistan's online real estate portal. We began our journey with enthusiasm, courage, expertise, passion, reputation, and experience to build our brand.

The real estate industry is expanding every day. According to the global real estate market report 2021, it's currently worth $10-$12 trillion around the globe, which includes four types of properties, i.e., Industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential property. Pakistan's Bureau of Statistics has reported that the real estate industry in Pakistan is currently worth around $300 billion.

The majority of the boost in the industry has been observed in the last two years, particularly after the current government's initiative of amnesty scheme, which brought extra energy into the industry and encouraged foreign remittances and cash inflows (ROSHAN PAKISTAN Digital Account is its classic example). It shows that individuals and investors exert efforts to get the best out of this opportunity.
